We had a leak under our kitchen sink, and Mario was highly responsive. He requested photos of the leak, which I provided. His initial price quote was competitive and he was able to do the work on the day he provided the quote. He seemed very competent, well-organized, and was both personable and professional. As he was fixing the leak, he found a major clog in the drain line, and suggested snaking the drain line, an additional charge which he discounted from his usual rate.He also suggested we replace the components of the drain line, also an additional cost. And he trouble-shot 2 toilets, and changed the flappers at no additional charge. In the end, we paid about 2/3 more than his additional quote for a little over an hour's work (and materials). This seemed a bit high to me, but I don't have much to benchmark against, and the quality of his works seems very good.
This company did an excellent job. I will recommend her again to anyone that will need the services of the company.
Mario came on time, gave a reasonable quote, and then worked quickly to install a new kitchen faucet. I look forward to working with him again.

Nathan was very helpful. I had an emergency at around 10pm, and he was able to come & repair a pipe leak so I could turn on the water main. Good attitude, friendly and good work. A bit pricey, but that could also be due to the timing of my call, since it was around 10pm.

Water from the apt above was leaking and severely damaging the ceiling and flooding the floor. Our previous plumber failed to come for several days and a neighbor referred us to Delta Pipe Repair. Marjan responded in a couple of hours and quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem as a leaking toilet tank. Due to its 60+ age and condition, he recommended replacing the toilet and provided a very fair estimate. We agreed and he did an awesome job. We had also asked him to diagnose a leaking tub shower faucet that still leaked after we replaced its washer. He recommended replacing the old 3 stem valve with a single lever temperature balancing valve and would try to finish both projects in a few hours. Despite all the hard work, he incredibly succeeded to our amazement. He was meticulous and cleaned up everything. I wholeheartedly recommend Marjan and would not hesitate to use him again. .

Mario helped my family with replacement of my gas-fired water heater after Hurricane Ida. My kitchen was flooded due to a leak under the kitchen sink. I had to call a plumber due to the emergency. Mario was fast and efficient and showed up 30 after calling the company. He was very professional and was able to get all the materials that was needed to replace the water filter connection that was damaged. Great work!

Mr. Mario pointed out other potential problems, which were taken care of, before they became a future more costly hardship. It’s a bad time but really appreciate to come through critical time to help me and drain the water of my whole basement.
I had a double problem of my pilot light on my water heater going out and with the freezing temps we had Christmas Eve there was some freezing in pipes. Mario at Delta Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a friend. He answered immediately and showed up soon after to my home in BX. He was friendly, respectful and explained the problem and my options with patience and then even went through it again with my SO on the phone. He completed the part replacement to get the system running again and let me know what to do and look out for to prevent a pipe burst and what to do to mitigate damage in case it did burst. I was worried that the price would be high because of the extreme weather conditions and high demand given the freezing temps but his price was also reasonable. I highly recommend Delta Plumbing.

Mario and his assistant was very professional they saw the problem where the leakage was coming from explained in detail what needed to be done. They got the proper pipe and installed it.They kept their professionalism even with the tenant being rude and annoying. They came on time. Their pricing was very reasonable. Mario did excellent work. He came over within an hour of my calling him after 5:00 P.M. and quickly diagnosed the source of a blockage. He replaced the pipe and clogged faucet with updated materials while explaining exactly what needed to be done and why, and did it all quickly and as economically as possible. I highly recommend him.

After google search for a new plumber, I contacted Mario last week with a plumbing leak. Mario came out the same day I called him, diagnosed the issue, left to purchase a new pipe, returned quickly and completely repaired the issue same day. Previous plumber unfortunately had not properly fixed the issue but the office shut down after the owner suddenly passed so no one would come back out. I highly recommend Mario as he was professional, responsive and skilled. I really noticed a huge difference in his skill level (superior) versus other plumbers I have used in the past.
