I had a double problem of my pilot light on my water heater going out and with the freezing temps we had Christmas Eve there was some freezing in pipes. Mario at Delta Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a friend. He answered immediately and showed up soon after to my home in BX. He was friendly, respectful and explained the problem and my options with patience and then even went through it again with my SO on the phone. He completed the part replacement to get the system running again and let me know what to do and look out for to prevent a pipe burst and what to do to mitigate damage in case it did burst. I was worried that the price would be high because of the extreme weather conditions and high demand given the freezing temps but his price was also reasonable. I highly recommend Delta Plumbing.

Mario from Delta Pipe repair saves the day. During a bathroom remodel a tub drain pipe and sink drain pipe leak was discovered. I did a internet search and saw that this company had glowing review after glowing review as well as emergency service. I took a chance and am I so happy that I did. Mario not only came out in a timely manner but he was able to explain step by step what he would need to do to update my 1920's plumbing . We had a leak under our kitchen sink, and Mario was highly responsive. He requested photos of the leak, which I provided. His initial price quote was competitive and he was able to do the work on the day he provided the quote. He seemed very competent, well-organized, and was both personable and professional. As he was fixing the leak, he found a major clog in the drain line, and suggested snaking the drain line, an additional charge which he discounted from his usual rate.He also suggested we replace the components of the drain line, also an additional cost. And he trouble-shot 2 toilets, and changed the flappers at no additional charge. In the end, we paid about 2/3 more than his additional quote for a little over an hour's work (and materials). This seemed a bit high to me, but I don't have much to benchmark against, and the quality of his works seems very good.

Water from the apt above was leaking and severely damaging the ceiling and flooding the floor. Our previous plumber failed to come for several days and a neighbor referred us to Delta Pipe Repair. Marjan responded in a couple of hours and quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem as a leaking toilet tank. Due to its 60+ age and condition, he recommended replacing the toilet and provided a very fair estimate. We agreed and he did an awesome job. We had also asked him to diagnose a leaking tub shower faucet that still leaked after we replaced its washer. He recommended replacing the old 3 stem valve with a single lever temperature balancing valve and would try to finish both projects in a few hours. Despite all the hard work, he incredibly succeeded to our amazement. He was meticulous and cleaned up everything. I wholeheartedly recommend Marjan and would not hesitate to use him again. .

After google search for a new plumber, I contacted Mario last week with a plumbing leak. Mario came out the same day I called him, diagnosed the issue, left to purchase a new pipe, returned quickly and completely repaired the issue same day. Mario was referred to me by a good friend. He was at my residence within the hour of my phone call. He had all parts and tools necessary to complete the job and to my amazement was finished with swapping out the old pump and hose in a timely manner.
